THE FOUNDER'S STORY
My name is Angel Rodriguez, founder of Healthy In Color and sugar Crusher in Beacon, New York.
Over the years, I noticed something interesting. People weren't simply looking for healthy meals. They were looking for results. They wanted more energy. They wanted to feel better. But most importantly, they didn't want to give up the foods they loved.
I kept hearing the same thing: 'I love pizza, pasta, sandwiches, rice, and bagels—but I feel tired after eating them.'
That observation changed the way I thought about nutrition. I realized that maybe we didn't need to change the meal. We needed to improve how the body responds to the meal. Instead of telling people to stop eating the foods they enjoy, I began exploring a different question: What if we could help people respond better to the foods they already love?
That idea became our philosophy: EAT THE SAME. RESPOND BETTER.
I set out to create a product made with real whole-food ingredients that could support the body's unique response to every meal.
